Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CS2 Labs is lawful in your jurisdiction and appropriate for your age. You are also responsible for activity that occurs through your account or authenticated session.

You must provide accurate account information where required and keep your sign-in methods secure.

Acceptable Use

You may use CS2 Labs only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not interfere with the service, other users, or third-party systems connected to the product.

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or automate the service in a harmful way, or use the platform to publish unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material.

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior.
• No impersonation, fraud, or deceptive representations.
• No posting or linking content that infringes intellectual property or violates applicable law.
• No attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or usage limits.

User Content and Licenses

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit to CS2 Labs, such as loadouts, comments, and profile information you provide, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.

By submitting or publishing content, you grant CS2 Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the service.

CS2 Labs Content and Intellectual Property

The CS2 Labs website, branding, software, design, copy, original datasets, and service features are owned by CS2 Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

Public Features and Community Rules

If you publish a loadout or participate in comments or social features, your content may be visible to other users and may appear on public pages.

We may remove content, limit visibility, or suspend accounts if we believe content or conduct violates these Terms, harms the service, or creates legal or safety risk.

Third-Party Services and Links

CS2 Labs may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Steam for authentication, analytics vendors such as PostHog, Google Analytics, and Hotjar, and marketplace links that take you to external sites.

We are not responsible for third-party services, pricing, availability, policies, or content. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Pricing, Availability, and Service Disclaimers

CS2 Labs provides loadout tools, skin information, and pricing-related data for informational and product-utility purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, tradability, or availability of marketplace data or links.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continued feature availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every expectation or use case.

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the service, remove content, or restrict features at any time if we believe it is necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties, or if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. Some provisions, including licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms, will survive termination.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CS2 Labs and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CS2 Labs and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of CS2 Labs at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the service after revised Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
