The builder is designed for comparison, not just selection. Start with the weapons you use, set a realistic total budget, and create a complete first version before optimizing individual slots. This exposes whether a knife, glove pair, or premium rifle is consuming money that would make the rest of the inventory more coherent.
Treat totals as estimates
Listings change independently across marketplaces. Open the comparison for the expensive items that drive your decision and verify availability, tradability, fees, and final price.
Save alternatives
Keep a target build, a cheaper version, and an upgrade path. Separate versions make the trade-offs visible and give community feedback a specific question to answer.
